The Nonprofit Difference

As a community-based nonprofit, the surplus income The Reutlinger generates goes right back into our community. Aside from this important distinction, The Reutlinger is also committed to maintaining aligned partnerships with local community organizations.

The condition that I was in when I got here. I was bedridden. I couldn’t get out of bed or do anything myself. I had just had a hip replacement. Thanks to the staf here everyone had an important role to give me a speedy recovery. It wasn’t just one person. For instance, the Life Enrichment team in SNF especially Sharon and now Savannah. I was here for Father’s Day and Fourth of July. I usually struggle on those days without a lot of people to come visit me, and they helped me make it through. Being here I was not sad. I also enjoyed bingo on the ALF side and the Life Enrichment team there. The physical therapy crew, good service, I like the exercises they do, the routines, the techniques they teach you to compensate for injuries. They helped me regain independence. I feel like a Superman here. Last week, I was in a wheelchair. This week, I’m walking. I feel like I’m back to normal I can see myself as getting stronger beyond this. Good food. I loved the food I had here. I ate well every day. Good people. The curb appeal is good. I never see staff smoking or anything disorderly outside. Everyone is friendly. The other patients seem well cared for too. They keep the place clean. Thank you Trent and Latoya in environmental services. Latoya gave me moral support because I suffer from PTSD but she helped me organize my things. She went above and beyond. Thank you to nurses and CNAs Katrina, Kathryn, Felix, Vincent, Madison, and there’s a few more I don’t remember the names of. Everybody here goes above and beyond. In conclusion, I would recommend if you have VA or whatever walk of life you’re from to come to Reutlinger.

The food is excellent! Absolutely excellent! And they go the extra mile if you have a special diet. The kitchen is excellent. They come in and ask me every single day what I can and can’t eat. I would stay here just for the food. CNA Emily and CNA Socorro are caring and knowledgeable and there for you when you need them. CNA Dina leads with empathy. Robert has been wonderful. Madison is adorable and kind. All of the nurses are wonderful. Nurse Katherine stands out. Sahil always listens and asks questions to really know what’s going on. Nurse Asma is so nice. Priya really knows what she’s doing; I really like her. All the staff is really good. There isn’t anybody who I would say I don’t like. You can count on any of them. The med nurses are good. I have meds I have to take every three hours, and they do a lovely job of that. For therapy, I really like Deepali, Anita, and Kara.Wish I could remember all their names. There was one more. I really appreciate their help. LaToya in housekeeping always has a smile for me in the morning. Amelia is really good at her job. I’m looking forward to going home, but I will miss the food.

This is an excellent facility with excellent ratings and certification. Jennifer Hitotsis is a qualified CNA, capable of teaching other CNAs. John Strickland is an excellent CNA too. Nurse Katrina Foster is exceptional and will crush my pills the way I like them and make a note of good times to return. The Therapy department is very good. I find that the cafe you can go to anytime, with the mural is so historically significant. I’ve been enjoying the art classes I’ve taken here with Mr. Asot and I’ve learned a lot.

I can’t say enough good things about Hannah Galli at Reutlinger. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom was well cared for. Hannah patiently answered all of my questions and was always professional, friendly, kind, and informative. People are quick to complain but often forget to give praise—this is praise that is truly well deserved. Thank you, Hannah, for making such a difference!

First i want to say that, I went here for an open house and I was amazed of the beautiful community. I had to go back again to get some information for my dad and the HR lady was covering the front while the receptionist was helping a resident. I don't remember her name but she was a beautiful young woman and told me she was over HR and was just filling in while the receptionist helped someone. I just was impressed that she was able to assist me even though that was not her nomal job. She answered all my questions and gave the information i needed and cards for the person to contact of i needed anything else. I would recommend this place to all my friends and hopefully my dad will choose to go there
